5.  Type of AA Data We Collect and How We Collect It

We may use certain technologies such as cookies, pixel tags and web beacons, browser analysis tools and web server logs to collect AA Data.  

 

A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a website’s computers and stored on your computer’s hard drive. When you visit the Site, we send one or more cookies to your computer or other device. We use cookies to improve the quality of the Services, including for storing user preferences and tracking user trends, such as how people search. 6.  How We Use and Disclose AA Data

In most cases, we use AA Data in non-identifiable ways, without any reference to Personal Information.  For example, we may use AA Data collected from the Site to operate and improve the Site, understand its traffic and usage patterns, track the number of visitors to the Site, improve your overall experience on the Site, customize the content and layout of the Site and/or Services, for Site administration, advertising and promotional purposes, and we may share such information with various affiliated and unaffiliated entities for such purposes.  

 

Also, in an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the Services, we may conduct research on user demographics, interests and behavior based on the Personal Information and other information provided to us. In some cases, we may associate the AA Data with Personal Information.  In such cases, Sections 3 and 4 of this Privacy Policy govern how we use and disclose that information.

 

7.  Sweepstakes and Other Promotions. 

From time to time, we may offer sweepstakes or other promotions involving marketing or advertising partners. If you choose to participate in one of these sweepstakes or promotions, you’ll have to provide some Personal Information about yourself (such as your name, address, and email address). We may share this Personal Information with sponsors of the contest or other promotional partners in order to contact you and to award a prize. We don’t control these third parties’ privacy practices, and our Privacy Policy does not apply to their collection and use of your information. If you don’t want us to collect the information requested in connection with a promotion, or to provide it to our co-sponsors or partners, please do not participate in the promotion. If you have provided us with contact information on a sweepstakes form, you will receive weekly emails from us with updates on the sweepstakes and/or special offers. If you do not want to receive information in the future please, you may opt out at anytime by using the safe unsubscribe feature found in any email we send or by sending us an e-mail to info@specialplacestosee.com with “Remove from List” written in the subject line.

 

8.  Your Choices

If your Personally Identifiable information changes, you may correct or update it by emailing us at info@specialplacestosee.com.  You must promptly update any information that you have provided to us if it changes or becomes false or inaccurate.  You authorize us to use and disclose any new or modified information that you provide in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and you agree that we are under no obligation to delete or modify information that you have previously chosen to provide us.  Please remember, however, if we have already disclosed some of your Personal Information to third parties, we cannot access that Personal Information any longer and cannot force the deletion or modification of any such information by the parties to whom we have made those disclosures.

 

You may delete or deactivate your account and subscription by emailing us at info@specialplacestosee.com.  We will use reasonable efforts to respond to your request within 14 days. Please note that your identification and contact information may remain in our records for some period to comply with laws, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.

Protecting your Personal Information is very important to us. All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and we shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, distribute and exploit such Unsolicited Information without limitation or attribution.
